Who’s Holding Down the Fort?

Who’s Holding Down The Fort In Your Company?

I have a long-term client who sends me an email every time she comes back from traveling:

Thanks for holding down the fort.

In one year, she was out of her office 32 times due to travel.

In that time, her CEO travels included:

  • First, building business relationships that turned into clients.
  • Second, meeting with potential sponsors that turned into profitable opportunities.
  • Last, sharpening her business and leadership skills through training with her coach and mentors.

Of course, she added balance to her life by taking a 2-week vacation and several family-related short trips. Through all this, I was holding down the fort.

As she made plans, we plugged her business travel, vacations, and other personal days into our annual and quarterly goals. Using this system, we prepared the business for her absence.

While away from her office, she was relaxed and present knowing that her business was in good hands. Even though she was gone, clients continued to be happy, revenue continued to flow in, and projects stayed on track.

What could you accomplish with someone holding down the fort?

  • Would you like time to travel a couple times a month doing the work you love?
  • Would you enjoy traveling for pleasure any time you wish, or to combine work and play? If you answered yes, could you do it right now?
  • Could you leave your business 32 times this year and feel confident it would run smoothly in your absence?
  • How do you feel about leaving your business right now to take a 2-week vacation?
  • What would happen to your revenue if you unexpectedly had to unplug from your business for a month?
  • If you couldn't leave your empire (fort) without the worry it would fall apart, it's time to hire a second-in-command, a mini YOU role, to your team.

When you're a 7 figure business, you're in serious growth phase.

If you're like most business owners, you feel stressed when you need to travel and/or are forced to unplug from your office, even for short periods.

You probably haven't taken a vacation since you started your business, because you had no one to hold down the fort!

Again, if you're like most business owners, you fear the business may break if you're not on top of everything yourself.

Truly, It's Time to Let Go and Grow while Your Integrator Holds Down the Fort!

At this stage of your business, it's time to hire a Integrator to run your business. At this time, you need a professional to run and oversee your day-to-day operations, team, projects, and marketing of your business.

When you're free from running the business, you can focus on higher-level opportunities to GROW and SCALE. Let your Integrator specialize in holding down the fort!

My clients are women Visionary's who are growing purpose-driven 7 figures companies.

For them, travel and being out of the office is typical.  They are attending live events, speaking at conferences, leading their own workshops and conferences, meeting clients, collaborators, and sponsors, and meeting with their own coaches and mentors to sharpen their business and leadership skills.

Is this YOU?

When you think about it, would you like to be able to schedule travel and downtime without the anxiety that you'll lose control of your company while you're unplugged?

Imagine...having the capacity in your schedule and people infrastructure that empowers you to pull away from running the business to do the Visionary things you need to do to GROW and SCALE your company. Of course, your Integrator is holding down the fort.
