Do you find yourself wishing that you actually had the time to lead your business to higher levels of profit and reach?
Do you often imagine what it would be like to have someone else manage the day-to-day of running your organization (besides you) so that you would have time to lead and not manage?
Time to Lead
Every business, at least at the level (multiple six-figure revenues), needs two different roles at the top.
These roles will give you the time to lead that you hunger for.
The first is the Visionary role
The Visionary (that's you) leads the organization and creates strategic growth ideas.
You're responsible for setting the direction and determining how you want to grow your business.
You decide where the company is going and how to lead it there!
The second role is the Integrator role
An Integrator is a seasoned business & operations management specialist who makes sure the Visionary’s plans come to life! (that's me)
An integrator is an implementation person who handles the details that aren’t the Visionary’s strong suit.
You know you don’t like managing your team, holding them accountable, and following through on mundane (to you) tasks of day-to-day operations.
What you don’t like doing, the Integrator (me) loves to do.
As you may have already realized, you cannot play both roles long term without total burnout and loss of profit.
You can do it—barely—until you hit the six-figure mark, but it doesn’t work for long after that.
And let’s be honest.
You don’t want to be an Integrator, am I right.
You did not start a business so that you could "run" a business.
You are called to be a Visionary.
A person whose genius lies in creating what's possible!
All my Visionary clients find being buried in the day-to-day minutiae of a running a business nothing short of EXCRUCIATING!
What does an Integrator do for you and for your business?
Primarily, he or she runs the business day to day, manages your team, and keeps projects and tasks moving along and humming smoothly.
The Integrator is accountable for carrying out the business plan, implementing procedures, and regulating the pace and flow of the company.
In other words, the Integrator is the COO and the Visionary is the CEO.
In your business, you determine the strategy for growth, and the Integrator makes it a reality while keeping everything else moving.
He or she keeps all the balls in the air.
As you’re strategizing the future, you might be all over the place with your dreams and ideas.
The Integrator is the steadfast one, the one who keeps all on track as captain of your ship. You determine the destination, and he or she gets you there.
Your Integrator keeps your crew (team) in alignment with the vision, mission, and goals of the company and also creates and leads a cohesive team that’s as engaged and passionate as the leadership to create growth.
Clarity, communication, consistency, coaching, control—the 5 C’s
Your Integrator brings many positives to your table, such as focus, organization, and execution—but the 5 C’s are the ultimate benefits to your business.
Because your Integrator focuses on achieving objectives, he or she takes care of the everyday tasks that give clarity to your business vision.
You provide the path, and your Integrator provides the tools to go down that path.
Your Integrator is the person who will make sure your team, vendors, and clients understand the business mission and vision and how they need to be carried out.
When your team members are clear about your company’s mission and vision and have good communication with your Integrator, everyone will enjoy consistency.
They will know what to expect and what’s expected.
Your Integrator is also a coach and your team manager.
He or she brings out the best in them and their work, which leads to excellent quality control of your product or service.
Your tremendous benefit—TIME
Giving you back time to lead
How many hours do you spend now each week focusing on the managerial and implementation tasks that a business management specialist should do?
How would you like that time back so you can focus on leading your 6-7 figure business into the future?
You need is an Integrator so you can step into the Visionary role full time.
If you’re stuck playing both roles, it’s time to find your virtual business manager.
This is where I give you time to lead
