We’re moving full speed toward 2021, and this is the time to start thinking about your company’s future. Is hiring a Fractional Integrator part of your plans?

Before we move further, I’d like to explain what a Fractional Integrator is. As you would imagine, some companies hire an Integrator full time, or perhaps a partner or a full-time employee becomes a full-time Integrator. Instead of going with a full-time position, some companies hire an Integrator for less time each week. Hence, the term “Fractional Integrator”, and that’s how I normally work with clients.
Will 2021 be the year for you to hire an Integrator? When you think about it, what would you like to accomplish next year, and how can you do it? The end of the year is an excellent time to reflect on 2020 and decide how to approach 2021.
It’s a good time to think about what you accomplished and what you couldn’t make progress on this year. If there were projects or relationships you didn’t have time to work on this year, having a Fractional Integrator would give you the time to produce those things, plus more.
Of course, this is also a good time to analyze what happened during the year (and certainly, this year is a bit odd due to the pandemic) and what you’d like to continue or create for 2021. What more could you have accomplished with a Fractional Integrator?
As you think about your team, could a Fractional Integrator and EOS® help?
The Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS®) is a set of business concepts and practical tools. The system has helped thousands of entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. It’s the system I own and ensure is implemented and working well in my clients' businesses.
In short, the EOS® system guides the organization in everyday functioning and long-term planning, including problem-solving, managing, growing, and serving its clients. Also, it creates efficiency and stability.
For most companies, consistency is a challenge, often because departments operate as a silo. For example, sales and marketing may be working on their own projects instead of collaborating. EOS® helps departments work more effectively with each other and ensures all are rowing together. Also, it creates synergy between and among departments, helping to boost the company’s growth and bottom line.
Over 80,000 companies use EOS® tools. For an introduction video, click here.
Briefly, The EOS Model® has six key components:
Does this sound like a system you’d like for 2021?
When you look at EOS®, how does it compare to your company’s current management system? If you’d like to move in this direction, a Fractional Integrator can work with you to ensure EOS® is implemented and working well in your company. You’ll be shocked at how much faster, easier, and better everything flows. Frankly, an Integrator truly is a lifesaver and a business saver.
The best part? Your second-in-command will take over the day-to-day management of the business so you can create and grow the business. Plus, she will oversee daily operations, execute your business plan, manage the leadership team, and evaluate whether you have the right people in the right seats. Also, she will resolve issues that arise and be accountable for P&L results.
At the same time, you’ll have the freedom to take action on all those projects you’ve had patiently waiting in your computer files and in your head. One important role for your Fractional Integrator is to help you get what you need to help those projects come to life. This includes advising you when it’s a good time financially to move forward.
The New Year may be the perfect time for you to hire your Integrator and move toward running your business on EOS®.Are you ready?
