...and it's clear that this ​dilemma ​is on the minds of the majority of business owners.

​Managing tasks is stressful.  We ​want to know how to get it all done and still have time to grow and scale our businesses.​

​Online, you’ll find a plethora of videos, downloads, blogs, and training programs teaching business owners how to wrangle everything required to grow a business.

If you’re like me, I simply LOVE it when I can check something off my to do list.


I guess you can say I’m a little geeky too because I love that little tick sound when I mark off a task on my electronic devices.


And there’s nothing better than when I click a task or project “complete” in my client’s project management tools and it goes away – I LOVE it!

​As a business Integrator, ​running online businesses is what I do best. Getting everything done is in my DNA and my blood. (If you’re reading this, you’re probably a Visionary ​entrepreneur who does not like managing and ​completing tasks as much as I do.)

The reality is that ​your ​tasks list will never go away, and the bad news is you’ll never actually see the bottom of the ever-growing list.

As the business grows, your team will have more and more to accomplish. The good news is you don’t have to do it yourself or oversee all the ​tasks list.

​CEOs and business owners must focus only on what​ they can do to create real growth.

​You must do what brings the most value to the business and delegate everything else.

​​Controlling tasks and projects isn’t the
best use of your time and energy

For you, controlling tasks and projects isn’t the best use of your time and energy.

In fact, if you're one of the ​majority of visionary entrepreneurs managing the minutia of tasks ​drains and frustrates you.

Eventually, you'll want to ​add a second-in-command role to your team.  

​A ​second-in-command ​will ensure that tasks are ​taken care of each day so you have the time to ​focus on growing and scaling the business.

Most ​importantly, I cannot stress enough ​the need for you to ​focus on using your gifts to take your business to the next level.

You cannot do that if you’re managing ​the nuts and bolts of running your company each day.

You cannot do that if you’re involved in the daily minutia of running a business.

If you listen to your intuition, you know you can’t keep your fingers in all the pies and grow your company to the level it deserves.

If you're running a multiple 6-7 figure business ​managing projects creates other tasks that you must do, such as…

  • ​Deciding which tasks need to be done
  • ​Breaking down and delegating tasks depending on your team members’ abilities and talents
  • ​Determining guidelines and deadlines
  • ​Following up with the team to ensure they are working on the tasks
  • ​Overseeing them to ensure they are doing things the way you want them done
  • ​Communicating with your team members when things aren’t getting done
  • ​Making day-to-day operations decisions.  You're the one that team comes to with business issues that need to be resolved before team can move forward.

All this takes you away from focusing on the high-level strategizing and planning that only YOU can do to grow the business.

This is where a ​second-in-command ​adds immediate value and breathing space ​for you and your business. 

​Your second-in-command's role includes being the team manager and tasks director, as well as a project supervisor. 

All those daily tasks come off your plate and free you to be the Visionary of your business future. ​
