First of all, women CEOs and business owners...are you leaving money on the table as a result of unfinished projects in your business?
Why am I asking?
Because getting your projects from vision to implementation impacts your bottom line in a big way.
Most noteworthy, as a Visionary business leader, one of your greatest strengths is your endless reservoir of ideas.
If you're like most Visionary entrepreneurs
...you've created a multitude of revenue generation projects, ranging from books to webinars and from online programs and training courses to VIP days.
What's more, if you were able to bring half your projects to life, you’d have several viable income streams!
Unfortunately...many of your great ideas may never see the light of day.
The reason for that is because many times the business owner doesn't have someone on the team, a Second-in-Command, whose role is to help you make those ideas come to life.
How a Second-in-Command Helps You Capture Money on the Table in Your Organization
The role of the Second-in-Command role is to implement your your ideas and bring them to fruition.
Above all, a Second-in-Command knows how to take your ideas and lead the team and resources into turning those projects into reality.
If you don’t have a seasoned business manager on your team
...chances are you already have several unfinished products in your brain or on your hard drive that could boost your revenue significantly.
My clients are amazed at how working with me gives them the
...time, energy, and freedom to pursue all those ideas and projects.
A seasoned business manager is a master at implementing different strategies
... to bring unfinished projects to market - capturing money on the table opportunities.
A business manager is experienced at
...breaking down the details of each task and assigning them to the appropriate team member or outsourced vendors.
Your business manager doesn’t merely get the project started,
Your Second-in-Command will:
Above all...your business manager will provide oversight and quality control to ensure all pieces of the project are done to your specifications.
Imagine...how an Online Business Manager could turn a "money on the table" opportunity into a 6-figure revenue generating product!
Below you'll find a real-life case study from one of my clients - let's call her Mary.
This case study will demonstrate how we turned unfinished content into a 6-figure revenue generating product.
To begin with..
Mary has previously sketched out content for a one-year group training program. She envisioned this online program would meet her target market's needs exactly.
This program would provide them with specialized training and continuing education units (CEUs) they needed to:
Subsequently, this raw program content sat on Mary's shelf (her computer) for a few years,
...as she didn’t have the time and proper resources to produce and take to market while growing her multiple 6-figure business.
Mary was swamped with the daily running of her business
...therefore simply didn’t have the time or proficiency to develop this product on her own.
Mary needed help!
Most importantly, Mary's gifts as a Visionary entrepreneur are in innovation and creation
...not in managing the multitude of details for producing the product to go to market.
Eventually, Mary hired me as her Online Business Manager, a Second-in-Command role,
...to liberate her from the day-to-day operations of running her business.
Early in our working relationship Mary shared with me
...her pressing desire to get this product to market and the impact this program would produce in her ideal clients in the healthcare market.
She felt frustrated with not having the time or resources to do on her own.
Immediately, much to Mary's delight...
I took charge of this project and immediately began
...breaking down all the complexities and tasks of producing the program and delivering it to her customers.
Mary had already written the content for this program
...so there was little additional work for her and no time spent in the production of her program, other than art and design approvals (and final approval of content).
The following are some of the steps I took to bring her program to life:
Therefore that program has consistently generated 6-figure revenue and always has a waiting list for the next year's enrollment period!
As a result of Mary hiring an Online Business Manager
...to help her multiple 6-figure company grow, she consistently has a waiting list each year for open enrollment.
As you can imagine, Mary is thrilled! ?
We were able to meet her target market's needs and generate stable revenue so we can create other programs - which we did!
Would you like to accomplish 6 figures with your own certification or signature program?
Yours might include the following, like Mary's:
- 12-month online product with handouts and presentations. Participants receive a mid-year certification and a final certification that awards CEUs
- 12 video modules and 12 guidance calls
- Beautifully designed templates, workbooks, and planning tools for each module.
- A membership platform to host the program. As participants complete each module and pass a quiz, the next module is released, with an exam at the end of the program.
- Presentations by you and special expert guests.
In addition, you might wonder about the surrounding tasks that go into creating such a program.
As the Online Business Manager, I managed a team of eight and supervised the entire program from start to finish, which included:
- Working with an art designer for our product designs and preparation of all handouts: templates, workbooks, and planning tools.
- Setting up the schedule and training the team to work with guest to appear on the webinars with the business owner.
- Working with video and audio editors to ensure only the best-quality videos were uploaded to the membership area.
- Helping the membership team map out a process to deliver the products, track consumption, and report results to CEU agencies.
- Collaborating with the video production team to manage the webinar process, which included many video demonstrations to ensure clear quality for replay.
Due to the complexity and sheer amount of this high-value content
...it took three months to map out, build, deliver, and prepare the program to be marketed.
We introduced the product at Mary's annual conference.
The program was a a tremendous hit!
We released the pilot in 2015
...and the program has consistently surpassed six figures - thanks to offline and online marketing programs.
When you work with an Online Business Manager
...you’re free to create content for any kind of program you choose.
As you create, the Online Business Manager plans, executes, tracks, and analyzes progress.
Finally, as you've been able to see, the program development and implementation process is truly hands off for you - and as you saw in Mary’s case, it can be highly lucrative.
How about you?
