This is just a common barrier in the business growth cycle while moving from one phase to the next.  This temporary challenge like others, the CEO will encounter on the journey can be conquered.  

Many women business owners become discouraged during this development phase of “feeling stuck” and begin to feel they’ve failed.  

After all, this was not what they imagined when starting their business. 

In my experience as an Online Business and Operations Manager, partnering with women CEO entrepreneurs since 2008, I see all too often they struggle to get past this challenge because they’ve yet to embrace the role of the CEO leader focused on growing and leading their company into the future. 

The Tasks and Actions of Yesterday Won’t Get You to Tomorrow

As you grow, your organization naturally becomes busier and more complex.

Many CEO’s are still buried daily in the tasks of running the business and not focused on the right things to propel their business forward. 

The daily administrative and operational tasks of running the business in the early phases are not the tasks and actions that will grow your business into the future.

Yes, they must be attended to every day, but not by YOU.

As the CEO leader, you best serve your organization by getting better at delegating and recognizing when you need to let go of tasks that are not going to move your business forward.
