Are you delegating like a CEO?
Do you have a handle on what should stay on your plate and what you can release to a competent team member?
Are you the stumbling block keeping your business from moving forward?
This article will share with you how you can increase your business success by getting others to help you accomplish your big goals.
If you’re like most women business owners, you’re feeling the overwhelm, frustration, and stress from being buried in the daily minutiae of running your business.
You just want to focus and deliver on what you do best!
Every morning, you wake up with at least 10 new ideas on how to grow your business to reach and serve more people, give your clients special attention, and generate more profit.

Quickly, those happy moments full of dreams are dashed.
Every day, you see what you’ll have to spend time on when you walk through the door of your office. For the women I work with, it’s their home office and we work together virtually.
When the reality of what needs to be done today sets in, you’re left feeling frustrated and discouraged. Frankly, there is simply no time left to pursue those ideas.
Those innovations and ideas fade into the busyness of your day – sometimes to never surface again.
Worse, your family and friends keep saying they never see you anymore.
You can’t even go on a much-needed vacation or simply take the day off without being connected to your devices, fearing the bottom will drop out of the business if you’re not around.
If this is you...
It’s time to DELEGATE like a CEO!
You’re probably wondering right about now…
What does it mean to DELEGATE like a CEO?
To delegate like a CEO requires a shift in mindset.
As the business owner and the CEO Leader who wants to grow a successful and sustainable business, you’ll want to focus only on those high-level tasks that will help you accomplish your big goals.

Everything else can and should be delegated, automated, or just dropped from your list!
In 2008, I left my corporate cubicle at a major healthcare company and started Violette Business Services, an online business and operations management company designed to support women entrepreneurs in growing their businesses past 7 figures.
Working alongside, as well as listening, to countless women business owners during all these years, I’ve identified a common roadblock on their journey. Growing and maintaining a successful business lies in their ability to effectively delegate.
Delegating can be such a challenge for women entrepreneurial leaders.
The following are some of the stumbling blocks I’ve seen and even experienced first hand when working with clients.
You’ll note that many of these blocks come from a place of fear. No judgments. Just getting real for the higher good of helping women accomplish big goals in their business.

As the Visionary and CEO Leader of a successful business, remaining buried in the day-to-day of your business will keep you stuck, not growing, and exhausted!
As your business is growing, so are you as a leader.
As you take steps (sometimes baby steps) in developing as a CEO Leader, you’ll learn that leadership is based on setting clear objectives, delegating authority, relinquishing control, and trusting your team.

Great leaders know when to exercise control and when to relinquish it.
