A Peek Behind the Curtain of a Virtual COO

[Watch Video 2:53 min]

Welcome to a peek behind the curtain of a Virtual COO.

This fun video post shares with you what I do all day while supporting my high-end clients.

You're a woman multiple 6-7 figure women business owner and buried in the daily operational minutia of running your online business.

You didn't start a business to run a business, am I right?

Plus, you didn't start a business to create a JOB for yourself, am I right again?

As your business has grown the activities to run that business have increased...

Leaving you little time left over at the end of the day to focus on GROWING your company to higher levels of profit, reach and freedom.

The traction is...

Keeping you pulled down into the quicksand of operations, team, projects and marketing implementation.

These tasks are important and critical to keeping your business humming along to serve current clients and attract new ones.

But now...

You no longer have the time to be the only one doing everything in your business.

To Grow Past 6 Figures and Beyond, You Will Need To...

delegate and eliminate tasks that are not getting you closer to your business and profit goals.

You already have a team at this moment in your growth...

And, they are great and you need those roles.

But, having the team that got you from startup to growth phase is not enough.

Your team executes tasks and completes projects for you...

You're still managing them and all the back-end responsibilities of keeping your business afloat every day.

You guessed it...

Back to no time to focus on GROWING or BALANCE between work and a personal life.

Many business owners are seeking solutions that will allow them to focus on the growth of their organization, not the daily JOB of running the business.

They are discussing their challenges with their coaches, mentors, and colleagues.

And are discovering (I'm guessing since you're on my website - you are learning as well)

That a higher level of support role is needed and available to help you grow your business past your current point.

One Day, I Had an Idea...

How about I give you a peek behind the curtain of what I do every day in my exclusive client's businesses in the second-in-command, Virtual COO role.

Please, enjoy the video and please be sure to comment below if this post resonated with you.

Let me ask, what's standing between you and greater profit and results in your business?

For most 6-7 figure entrepreneurs, the gap is being buried in the daily minutiae of running a successful business.

Focus on GROWING the business and profit is compromised.  What seems to be the most urgent will always override the best of intentions when you’re prioritizing your day.

Growth Phase Challenges to Greater Profit and Results

Hooray! You’re out of the startup phase of business growth.

And now,

You’re experiencing the challenges of GROWTH! (that’s actually a good thing)

Also, you created your business with dreams of freedom, financial security, and to make significant and lasting changes in the lives of others and the world!

You did not fantasize that your day would be filled with:

  • Frustration
  • Overwhelm
  • Overwork
  • No balance between work and play

And, being swamped in operational activities such as:

  • Dealing with technical issues that bring your daily priorities to a screeching halt.
  • Being the bottleneck to tasks and projects being completed on time and on a budget as the team is waiting for you to answer questions and guide them on tasks that you assigned them before they can complete.
  • The threat of losing clients (that you worked hard to get) because of you too busy to respond to them in a timely fashion.
  • Follow up with your a team to ensure projects are completed to your standards

Creating Greater Profit and Results with a Virtual COO

Don't worry, there is a solution to this temporary challenge.

Your dream is not dead!

I pinky promise!

You have a plan to get what you want from your business and you need HELP TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN.

To do this, you just need to adjust the roles in your business to align with your business and financial goals.

CEO Role

Now that you’re in the growth phase in your business growth your role needs to be focused on taking the business to the next steps of greater profit and results in your business.

You’ll want to embrace and step into the CEO leadership role to propel your business forward.

That role is defined and focused on activities such as:

  • Big picture revenue
  • Innovation
  • Building Relationships
  • Primary Content Creation (no one knows your message and target market like you)
  • Client Delivery
  • Program and Product Creation
  • Speaking
  • Events

Of course, when you step into your CEO role you may wonder…(actually will probably be your first thoughts)

Without me…

How will things get done?

If I disconnect from this area of my business I fear my business will fall apart.

Yes, the gap needs to be filled.

But, it does not and should not be you. (of course, that’s only IF you want to GROW!)

In addition, you already have a team who supports your business with the execution of tasks. (one of your distractions)

You’ll need a second-in-command role, a mini-YOU who can take over where you left off.

And, you actually can go farther as the skills of a seasoned second-in-command is focused on business growth from the inside of your business out.

What amazing value! And what relief this brings to business owners. All of what you do is great, But, the Team Management stands out to me. Managing the people that help you serve your clients can be a difficult and demanding task. So, having someone to take over that is so freeing. Keep these coming. I’m learning so much.

    • Thanks Kenya for your post!

Yes, managing the team is a HUGE challenge for business owners, especially women.

It’s always one of the first challenges that women discuss with me during my complimentary 30-min discovery call.

Their challenges in working with teams are not only “getting stuff done” on time, budget and according to their standards, but the whole process of who to hire, how much to pay, recruiting, training, day-to-day management of tasks and projects but when to let go.

The second-in-command, Virtual COO is all about the business owner delegating to the DELEGATOR so she can focus on GROWING the business.

Keep your comments coming. I love feedback on how my message is hitting folks.
